This program will contain a combination of the following skillsets: Pitching, Hitting, Fielding, Catching and Sports Conditioning.
The program will begin on February 2, 2020 and run for 5 weeks.

|Wednesday||6:00pm - 7:00pm||Platoon Fitness||Strength and Conditioning|
|Thursdays||6:30pm - 8:30pm||The Bird Cage||Pitching, Catching, and Hitting|
|Saturdays||12:00pm - 1:00pm||Platoon Fitness||Strength and Conditioning|
Players may sign up for any skills session (1, 2 or 3 times per week) as well as Strength and Conditioning (1 or 2 times per week)
For each session, players will be given a one hour time between the specified hours. Players will be grouped according to age.
Spots are limited and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
